It is practical to search the offer of local excursions and their prices. For one thing, they give you an idea of what to see. The other is that you can try to organise a similar tour with local transport.

Last but not least is the amount you can spend on souvenirs and small pleasures. That’s entirely up to you.

Now sum it up and get your preliminary result. If you are satisfied with it take it as a plan and make small adjustments on the way. But if it ends up much over your budget you have to make bigger changes. Start with the highest amount. See if you can reduce it by choosing some other options.
